Tried this and went perfectly except for step number 8. You have the position as 'inside' but I tried that and it looked nothing like your icon, but when I left it as outside, then it looked like yours. I don't know if it's a mistake on your part or my program (I use PS CS3). Anyway, I loved this! Will try it for other icons and def. crediting you.

Hmm.. I'm not sure what the problem is.. maybe it's because the blue square you made was only 1px, and border was 1px. Anyway, you figured it out alone. Go Figure! haha..

I'm not so fluent with it, English is waaaayy easier XD
