[Personality]
Majority of the time, Maria is happy, smiling and saying 'uu' to anyone and everything, though when she wants something or something goes missing, she gets really upset and ends up crying hard and screaming 'uu uu' to try and solve the situation and make people around her happy.
This part of her personality ends up in Maria being teased by her fellow classmates and even shouted at by her own mother, who is fed up of her daughter still acting like she is a baby.
No matter how many time her mother hurts her, or she feels sad, Maria tries her best to see the bright side of things, and tries to keep her smile on her face by doing things with her toys, such as Sakutaro and the Bunny Band which she carries around to school with her.
However, Maria also has a darkside, where she ends up speaking in a lower more adult voice and ends up laughing in a eerie creepy voice, which most of the people used to her childish side get really afraid of. This usually happens when something is said relating the witch or when she knows something that the other characters don't
Maria is very fond of Beatrice, and is really happy any time that she sees her or knows that it is her that is doing things, trying to make the others believe by shouting 'Beatrice exists!' to no avail.
[Specialties/Abilities]
Maria doesn't have special abilities that can be noticed in her own world, apart from the fact that she is very knowledgeable about magic and anything to do with magic.
However, Maria can also bring life to her dolls and figurines, making them speak and talk. She doesn't know how to harness this power yet, and doesn't really realise that she has it.
However, when she eventually harnesses this power, she will be a witch of creation, a witch with a higher rank than Bernkastel and Lambdadelta.
This power is very minimal at the moment, with Maria only being able to give souls to her dolls, but in this world, it would only give them a soul for a short amount of time, or not work at all.
Maria also makes up magic spells to help things out or make things happier, and they are in her grimoire. In somarium, most of these will not work, even though Maria can try to perform them.
[Affection]
Most affections are allowed (apart from maybe love since.. does a 9 year old know true love?.. unsure on this). Maria will make friends with people as well as dislike some people.

Maria always carries around her pink bag with all of her magical items in there, even though they will not work most likely in Somarium. She also has the habit of saying 'uu' or 'kihikihikihi' depending on her mood and what she is talking about.
She will talk to herself a lot, if she has her dolls or figurines with her. They can talk and walk with her when she is alone, however, this will not work in Somarium due to the fact that Maria's magic isn't as strong here.
