It's my lucky day. I managed to find the nicest, most helpful service rep at the lynksys center, who helped me fix my Internet woes. To think, it was all because of a wrongly checked box. And to think, THREE different people last night couldn't figure that out.

Happy to have Internet back. Now, off to study.
