finally a deadline

went to the doctor today. he actually broke down and checked me. I am currently dialated to 2 and effaced to 8--what my doctor said was, ahem, "ripe". He also tore my membranes, which in many cases causes the water to break and labor to begin. however, should this not happen by my hospital monitoring appointment tomorrow afternoon, he wrote a note
