[Heavy can be found at the Megamarksman attraction (possibly with Medic in tow), shooting the crap out of the targets. He's got uncannily good aim, and there's a small mound of chibi-esque plushies of TF2 classes beside him. There's also a very large plushie replica of his precious minigun, Sasha.]
