ASPECT RATIOSPlease do check through the images first before starting on your deck! If the aspect ratio of the images look strange to you [eg: circle shapes looking like ovals and people looking overly tall or wide], please notify me before making the deck so that I can fix the images for you. -a list of all the decks you made in the previous month
-the total number of all the decks you made for that month
-whether you want to receive tickets, stamps or stars for your bonus
to receive your deckmaking pay!

OTT but oh my gosh i just got the connect and alright cards...!! the alright was even my last to mastering that deck haha. oh, faith!

Fill out the respective forms if there are decks you would like to make on your own! You will get rewards for up to 3 decks, this can be any mix of regular and puzzle decks.

Regular/Puzzle Decks

✘ Deckmaker Name:
✘ # of Deck Donated:
✘ Type of Deck: Regular or Puzzle?
✘ Name: Name of the song, or the OST (if it's just an OST and has no special name, leave it as OST 1/2 etc)
✘ Deckname Suggestions: For Puzzles only
✘ Series:
✘ Sequence: For regular decks, which OP/ED is this? [eg: Ending 2, Opening 1 Variant 2 etc]. For puzzle decks, which OST or OP/ED is this? [eg: OST 1, Ending 3, Opening 2 etc]. For insert songs, just leave it as 'insert song'.
✘ Creditless/With Credits: Let us know if the images have credits
✘ Other Suggestions: For Puzzles, let me know if you want a certain color for the border etc.
✘ Link to Donation: If you're donating a puzzle deck, give me the link to your donation!
