Do video game composers count? Because I looove Koji Kondo who composes for most Nintendo games! If for an anime, I'm going with UZA who composes many Prince of Tennis singles/anime songs!

I listen to a lot of music, and OSTs. So, it's really hard to choose a FAVORITE.

But to narrow it down.

Yuki Kajiura. She did .hack//sign, PMMM, Tsubasa, XenosagaII/III's OST. Though, I get a little peeved that her music SOUNDS the same, I love it all at the same time.

Motoi Sakuraba does a lot of works for Tales of, along with a lot of other people that collab together. But Motoi's always stick out to me;

Masuda Toshio does an awesome job on Mushi-shi's OST. Every track is so beautiful..... I'll get out before I list every single OST I have /sob.

IDK ;-; I've never seen/played Valkerie Profile. But, if he did, then I'd probably love the OST ;_;`

TWO-MIX, HANDS DOWN.

Composer-wise, I'm more familiar with game OST composers so......But for bands that worked for songs in an anime, definitely Two-Mix. ;;;;

Oh wow, on the top of my head, I remember being obsessed with Utada Hikaru. Her voice is so pretty and I just listened to her songs all the time. Ore Ska Band was another favorite.

I also really love Shōji Meguro, he does the soundtracks for the Shin Megami Tensei games and god do I love the music in those.
