I know this sounds stupid and maybe a little like I should take my own advice but I'm going to say it anyway.

When one door closes another opens. Case in point....

I have already recieved the thanks for letting us read you novel but its not for use letters. Then today a woman who always comes into my store started chatting me up and guess what???? She is best firends with this published author who is now working with Steven Spilberg on a screen play. So she is going to see if he knows an agent for me.

So there you have it. I am stepping off my soapbox to go and work on my second novel. LOL. I hope things with school start looking up for you.

Thanks for the reminder. I suppose that the worst that could happen is that I'll have to wait another year before getting into a program...but since I've been waiting over a year and a half, I'm tired of waiting.

Good luck with getting an agent! I couldn't imagine being an author and trying to get published. It seems so stressful!
