Maybe it's me, but Hugh Dancy (esp. a few years ago) could be Elijah's (admittedly taller) twin brother.  It's especially obvious in the film "Adam".  I've attached a couple of examples.  What say you???

This could be just a random rumor, but folks on IMDB are talking about Elijah playing John Paul Jones of Led Zeppelin.  Won't believe it till Elijah mentions it, but it's an intriguing thought.  I've attached a picture of LZ (Jones on right) for conversational purposes....  Oh, and Set Fire to the Stars will premiere at the Edinburgh International ( Read more... )

I've noticed for the last few months that Elijah retweets stuff, or send an original tweet, at about 3-4 in the morning (at whatever time zone he is at the moment).  Does the man ever sleep??  Maybe the lab techs just power him down and reboot him after 3 hours, to conserve his batteries?!!

Horribleness at SXSW early this morning - drunk driver sped away from cops trying to question him and slammed through a crowd of festival goers. Two dead, 20+ injured.  Thankfully, this moron was arrested.  My prayers for the injured - and I pray that our lad was safe in his bed when this happened.....

Just watched this (On Demand in US).  It was...interesting.  It was one of those contemporary movies where Elijah's size IS a distraction (I would imagine esp. to people not as familiar with what a strong man he is, despite his small stature).  And I hate to say it, it feels blasphemous, but I much prefer his Frodo voice to his regular one (if you ( Read more... )

I can't make the image I found upload, but -- 'adorable alert!'   Elijah was on Craig Ferguson (and how did I miss THAT?) and there's pictures, somewhere, of him demonstrating his yoga techniques for Craig.  Never saw anyone able to do that fully dressed in a suit.  I'm willing to bet we can thank Dominic for turning Elijah on to the joys of yoga ( Read more... )

Did anyone here have the opportunity to attend this last night?  At the least, are you aware of any photos/screencaps from the event?  Also, I sincerely hope the lad went to someone's flat (or a hotel) and Got Some Sleep!!!

if I ever get closer than 40 yards to Elijah (SF Comic Con) and actually get to speak to him, I wouldn't talk about LOTR, or music....I'd tell him how incredibly moved I was by his performance in Radio Flyer (of all things).  This wasn't a totally successful film - - it just barely escaped being a feel good movie about child abuse.  However, Elijah ( Read more... )
