I am intrigued by skydiving but I don't know that I could ever, ever be brave enough to do it -- it's one of those things you only get to do well or never again, and I don't know that i could trust the parachute enough to do it.
If I didn't have a kid and a whole lot to live for, I might consider it -- or like, on my 100th birthday if I live that long.
Is there anything else on your 'no, thanks' list?

I actually don't know why I have that phobia. According to my mom I have been that way since I was in the womb. She could feel me jump and sort of freak when there were loud sudden noises. My only guess is I died in battle in a former life. LOL. I laugh, but you never know!
Yes, skydiving would be cool. But I feel the same way you do, I don't like the idea of risking my life when I have a lil' one (okay, not that little anymore) depending on me.
I can't think of anything else. I saw the comment about running a marathon and I have to agree. Well, in the shape I'm in now anyway. I would love to be in the kind of physical form it requires someday and then maybe I'd want to do it.
