i just listened to the line like 20 times to see if i was wrong but it definately says it.

ive noticed that there are mistakes in the lyrics on the cd inserts a lot. maybe when it was written they had 'And you lied to the angel said I stabbed you to death' but changed it when they recorded it.
or maybe im listening to a different version than you because i downloaded it, but its not likely because unless theyre live, online versions are usually from the cd.

listen to that part carefully. the begining of the song has the cut up your mouth line but in the middle it is like i cut up your angels.

you were right about the chorus part though, it does say like a gun when you listen carefully.
