[Static image comes on. It's a dark circle, no wait. It's three circles. One, being a part of an eye, and two being two distinctive marks under it. Nearby is a bridge of a nose and along the top is lightly colored strait hair. The eye does not move. It continues to stare for quite some time. [Out of nowhere, the small device starts relying text. He has little to no problems using it though, except for his large gloves. Thankfully, they have claws on the caps of each finger.]

Perhaps not but considering the ruined surroundings, I believe hearing voices from a small white and black box is rather curious, to say the least.
