Shinkohyo is a creeper clown of sorts. He enjoys watching people and stirring up trouble... as long as it's entertaining.
This is a permissions post where you can set up Shinkohyo spying on your character's affairs for future entertainment.
What can his spying do for you?
◉ Help make certian drama-inspired incidents happen by releasing information he overhears or oversees from your character to a someone they may not have wanted to in first place.
◉ Question your character's motives and line of thinking. Provoke them to try more risky ideas or simply give them an outside opinion/view/idea that could change the results into some more entertaining.
Tattle tale is such a harsh name. Shinkohyo only speaks the truth, so do not expect him to lie and don't always except him to relay information for you. If it won't to produce entertaining results then what's the point of going through the trouble?
So, if you would like to have this creeper spy on your affairs, please state which characters, what type information and how he will be acquiring this information. Example; he overhears you complaining in an alley, having a fight with someone, or a locked post (He isn't much of a hacker, yet).
It would be wise to give a heads-up as well as any links to posts or logs if applicable.
