This Wednesday I'm going back to Ohio for about a week. I'll be staying with my family. My main purpose for going back is to copy all the old family videos from VHS to mini-DV since a lot of those tapes are getting close to 2 decades old so they are likely to start having major audio and image dropouts start to happen soon. Here I am, working late at my cubicle. It's 7:00PM on the dot, and I have been farting terrible farts for the past hour. Luckily, everyone has pretty much left for the day by now, so no one is around to smell them. They smell very strongly of corn, which makes them so much worse than normal farts for some reason. So I feel almost 100% back to normal after being sick. What sucks is that now Cindy is sick. I'm pretty sure she got my germs, and I feel awful about that. When I stayed home the other day, I made sure to wash my hands every time after I blew my nose. I took the day off work yesterday because I was sick. Head congestion, runny nose, sneezing, coughing, and a major headache. The headache got worse as the day progressed. It was the type of thing where I knew if I could just get some sleep I would feel better when I woke up. But the headache was so bad that I couln't sleep because of it. ( Read more... )
