 Ok, so Gaius is always like "No, Merlin!  You cannot go and face (insert big danger of the week)!  I would rather that (Camelot should perish, innocent character should be allowed to die, everyone dies) than have you face (bad guy/animal/sorceress), even though we shall all surely be murdered and die horrible deaths by the end of this episode!
