My hair looks like a penis. 
I asked for long layers and just a simple trim, the guy gave me a mullet with a poofy cap top and hair that runs straight down like a shaft. 
I head seriously looks like a penis, regardless how many hours i spent styling it. 
I can't even put it in a pony tail without the cap top from poofing.

It sounds like they tried to give you one of those super-razored-mullety hair cuts that I see in the young asian community a lot. I think your hair cut was a racial stereotype!
