Who knew that what one person said could matter this much?

Everyone usually shrugs it off... but now I feel terrible.  I've only felt like this once before in my life :(

Try not to take it so seriously, love. It's not like you chained up the frmer residents and sent in a pack of demons after 'em. Something happened to them because it's the Hellmouth. Not your fault at all.

But I knew it would happen. I want nice things, but I don't really want to hurt anyone for them.

You didn't hurt anyone, though. How did you know anything would happen to them? They live on the Hellmouth. Kind of the way things are, around here, innit?

I wanted the house.

I told Kr'aiclq, and a few weeks later the lady in it disappeared.

I dunno why, but it always happens that way... if I ask for something, I get it. Sometimes people get hurt... but I just kind of ignore it, and other people don't say much about it.
