It was, in a sense, a drive by friending. I read one of your posts on An Tir (my old home kingdom), liked your icon, followed it back to your journal, and decided that we have enough in common and enough different that you might well make an interesting friend.

Though there is a slim possiblity that we met years ago at an event, I don't think that I know you in real life, so to speak.
