Kyuhyun struck a pose in front of Sungmin, who was busy applying some strawberry-scented wax in his hair whilst reading fan fictions again. Like seriously, wouldn’t he get tired of those just for once? His eyes narrowed as he saw Sungmin nod slightly and plaster a frown in his lips. Now what had he read about?
“Sungmin-hyung…” he called and tried to distract the latter. Sungmin only hummed, head still hung over.
He became annoyed and stomped his right foot on the floor, calling the other one’s name again. This
time, Sungmin lifted his head up.
“What is it?”
Kyuhyun moved with lurch. “H-How do I look?”
He abruptly blushed when Sungmin eyed him, from head to foot, and then grinned like a puppy. He didn’t know why he felt a fleet of nervousness after the latter did that to him. Ever since he became a member of Super Junior, Sungmin had always been there for him. The shorter man would check his clothes out if they fit him or not, but now was really weird, that even he couldn’t comprehend it. Sungmin’s way of looking gave him hasty goose bumps. Oh well. Oh shit.
“You look amazing. However, I advise you not to wear those baggy pants. You look like a carrot or something. Try those skinny jeans that I bought for you when we, uh, went to our favorite shop. Did you remember?” Sungmin cocked an eyebrow.
Kyuhyun’s forehead crinkled as he struggled himself from remembering those pants that his hyung had referred. He snapped his fingers delightfully when he finally recalled.
“Oh yeah, I remember!” he said and widely grinned. Sungmin rolled his eyes and faced the laptop again.
“Then wear those, idiot.”
“But those pants, hyung…they’re too tight---“
“That’s why they were called as ‘skinny jeans’, right? Aw my head…” Sungmin answered and looked irritated.
Kyuhyun could only sigh. He walked toward the closet anyway and got the pants.
“Fine…I’ll wear them.”
“Nice. And make sure you comb your hair,” Sungmin added.
He only nodded and strolled the way toward the bathroom to change his pants. He shouldn’t have asked for Sungmin’s opinion. The guy could really be bitchy when it comes to fashion, and somehow, it annoyed him.
Once he was done of changing, Leeteuk called them and ordered them to head to the parking lot wherein their company van was waiting. Sungmin hurried himself out and left him alone. He snorted as he quickly combed his hair. He applied a bit of wax in order for it to congeal. Afterwards, he went out, where everyone must be waiting for him. He’d tended to head out late. And it wasn’t his fault.
Bloody hell.

Kyuhyun, who sat down beside Yesung inside the van, made a pained expression as he saw Eunhyuk giggle blissfully with Sungmin and felt regretful, for once in his life. He didn’t mean to get lost at the back, it was Heechul’s fucking fault for shoving him there because of his goddamn bag which had nowhere to be placed. He suddenly had the urge to strangle the older man and let him die of suffocation.
He clenched his fists and gritted his teeth in annoyance when Sungmin looked at him and winked before he faced Eunhyuk again; with matching delectable smile. He found out that it was ugly…only if it wasn’t meant for him. Kyuhyun glared at Yesung accidentally and had the latter glaring back at him.
“What’s your problem, man? I didn’t do anything wrong, did I?” Yesung confusedly asked and crossed his arms over his chest. Kyuhyun grimaced and scratched his neck.
“Sorry, hyung. I didn’t do it on purpose. I…It was accidental, I swear…”
“Whatever. Are you tired, though? It seems you didn’t get any sleep…”
Kyuhyun shook his head. “I’m well, thanks, hyung. I’m just not used to…uhm sitting here beside you, I guess.”
Yesung laughed and tapped his shoulder. “It’s okay. I don’t bite, you know.”
He licked his lips. “Oh, yeah, of course…” he answered nervously. Because he really was! He was scared of Yesung, albeit admiration was present. He admired the older man’s voice…powerful and brilliant. His voice was great too, but Yesung’s was much better.
“Oi, Eunhyuk! I have some pockys here! Do you want some? They’re strawberry-flavored, by the way!”
Yesung shouted and was hushed by Heechul nastily. Kyuhyun grinned when the latter sulked but his grin was transformed into something else as Eunhyuk stood up from his seat and shooed him away.
“What---why? I sit here,” he complained and shoved his hyung’s hand away, that was holding his forearm.
Eunhyuk pouted. “Please let me sit here. I want pockys, and Yesung can give them to me. I’ll sit here and you sit there beside Sungmin. Besides, you two are close.”
He sneered. “We’re not---“
“Oh gods, Kyuhyun. Just transfer here, okay? Come on,” Sungmin interrupted them loudly.
Eunhyuk had successfully shoved him away and he wasn’t able to complain anymore. His heart was beating abnormally as he made his way toward Sungmin’s seat and he didn’t fucking know why! It was delirious.
“H-Hi, hyung…” he awkwardly greeted Sungmin and was responded by a wink. Now he really needed to calm the shit down. “W-What are you doing?” he asked.
Sungmin glanced at him and smiled. “I’m reading stories about us. They’re sooooooo fluffy!”
“What?”
“Nothing, forget it. Don’t mind me.”
“Oh…okay.”
Sungmin chuckled and nudged him. “Stick with me, all right? I don’t want Zhou Mi to do some weird stuffs to you. Remember, fans are more intelligent and keener than us. They are too alert when it comes to their OTPs and fortunately, they seem to track us every time we go out or maybe perform on stage. They bring their cameras and take videos or photos. I’m glad…”
Kyuhyun raised an eyebrow. “So…what’s your point?”
The latter faced his laptop again and didn’t answer. He was about to ask one more time when Sungmin ordered him to look at the video he was currently into. He shrugged and watched. His forehead wrinkled.
"W-What’s the meaning of this, hyung?” he confusedly asked whilst scratching his forearm. Sungmin rolled his eyes and sighed deeply.
“Zhou Mi checks you out, okay? He wants your attention and…well, I guess he’s into you.”
Kyuhyun’s mouth dropped. “What?!”
Sungmin replayed the video and smirked. “He likes you, stupid. Shut up.”

It irritated him. Hard. He didn’t wish for that to happen. He had already warned him not to stick too close with Zhou Mi. But he did. And it sucked.
There Kyuhyun was, hugging his gigantic gege in front of him and everybody, with that wide stupid grin plastered in his lips and his arms that were wrapped around Zhou Mi’s thin waist. He couldn’t explain what he was feeling at the moment but he knew it was not right. He shouldn’t have felt it but he… It was hilarious.
He was jealous. And he didn’t know why.
Sungmin took a deep breath as he dragged himself closer to Heechul who was drinking his favorite champagne and luckily, their manager’s too. He gloomily poured some in his glass and drank it. He wasn’t in the mood already, thanks to Kyuhyun. And credits to Zhou Mi also. They could make a great pair.
“Man, that was fast!” Heechul commented and poured champagne in his glass again. He drank it morosely and slightly chuckled. He felt bitter. Again, thanks to Kyuhyun and Zhou Mi.
“Ya, Sungmin. Tell me what’s wrong, man. You’re not like this, y’know…”
He simply shrugged and placed the glass on the table. He looked at the members who were busy welcoming and hugging the two Chinese men warmly. Henry, the member he had grown close with, cheerfully made his way ahead and swiftly attacked him with a super loving hug that his widened and his breath stopped. Henry was murmuring words in his ear and he didn’t understand. Nonetheless, he hugged the latter back. He missed the man. He missed Henry. It was…nice, actually.
“Henry…” he whispered. “I can’t breathe, love.”
Henry, whose hug loosened up a bit, faced him with a joyful face.
“I missed you, Sungmin-gege!”
He laughed. “Sure you did. And I missed you too. So much. All right…”
Henry hugged him once again. He chuckled heartily and had his gaze stopped in front, meeting Kyuhyun’s.
His chuckle immediately stopped when he saw something in those black orbs. There was animosity. No, it wasn’t. It was…maybe it really was animosity. He wasn’t sure. Kyuhyun avoided his stare and talked to Zhou Mi. He bit his lip and pulled out from the hug.
“How was the trip?” he asked.
“It was great! Knowing that everyone would welcome us sincerely. Just like now!”
Sungmin pinched the latter’s cheeks. “You’re still a child, Henry. So innocent.”
Henry rolled his eyes and pinched his cheeks back. “Really, hyung? Do you want me to share my latest experience with this amazing lady---“
“Oh Jesus, stop! No, I’m fine. It’s okay…” he cut off Henry’s statement sharply, which ended up with an earnest laughter between the two of them.
“Hyung, you didn’t change at all. You’re still that adorable fuzzy kitten that I had known ever since…” Henry shyly said and ruffled his hair. He blushed with the contact and nodded.
“Thank you. You’re still sitting on the throne of lies, I see, Henry. But seriously, thank you.”
“You’re welcome!”
And they decided to drink with Heechul.

Kyuhyun couldn’t help the sudden anger that he felt when he saw how Henry hugged Sungmin too tightly that he had noticed the astonishment Sungmin portrayed. He was completely annoyed.
As their gazes met, his heart started to do some abnormal beating, just like what happened earlier, before they had reached the hotel. He was desperate to bang his head against the wall, faint, and when he wakes up, everything’s back to normal again. Without Sungmin reading fan fictions.
“Kui Xian, would you like some champagne?” Zhou Mi asked and looked at him. He nodded and smiled.
“Sure.”
“You don’t look fine. Is everything not good?”
Kyuhyun almost snarled but he remained calm. “Nah, everything’s been great. Nothing to worry about, I believe. How are you, Mi?”
Zhou Mi grinned cutely. “Great. And you?”
“Well. So uh, it’s now or never, I need to ask him about fan fictions, oh Christ, have you…uh, heard of fan fictions? Or fictions? Fics? Written by ELFS? In which we are written as the characters?” he continually queried, bombarding Zhou Mi with a lot of stupid questions about fan fictions, which he was partially sure that even the taller man didn’t have any idea about those.
“Yeah, I somehow do read them. They’re entertaining me like a lot…Funny…” Zhou Mi cackled and shook his head. “Why do you ask, though? Do you read them too?”
His eyes widened; because of the reality that the Chinese man reads them too, and because of Zhou Mi’s question. He immediately thought of KyuMin.
“Hell no! I don’t read them. Gods, never…”
“Oh, how sad…”
He frowned but didn’t let the latter see it. “I can’t read those…by the way, what stuffs do you read? And by stuffs, I mean the pairing…” he continued asking.
Zhou Mi drank his champagne first before gesturing his head toward the other members. Kyuhyun glanced at them and saw Sungmin happily chatting with Henry whilst holding a glass filled with champagne also. He admired the shorter man’s way of laughing and pouting. It was a mixture of admiration and…something else. He couldn’t name it yet. It was admirable, however.
“I read MiMin…” Zhou Mi answered and smirked at him. His forehead wrinkled.
“MiMin?” What the fuck was that? “So…who are you paired with?”
Zhou Mi pointed at Sungmin. Unfortunately, Sungmin glanced at them and even waved. Kyuhyun slightly smiled while Zhou Mi returned it with a stupid grin.
“MiMin? Oh, Sungmin and I. Awesome, right?”
And Kyuhyun wanted to faint. No joke. Fuck. It turned out to be that Sungmin's conclusion earlier was wrong. Zhou Mi checks Sungmin out, not him.
