Addendum to Previous

I am almost certainly NOT spending even half the previously-posted amount at the gym this year due to lack of ability to afford the same and the ridiculousness of price-gauging.

However, at even somewhere less than half that amount... I'd better freaking join Weight Watchers!

You know, we have DDR for the PS2 but it's so freaking complicated to hook up we never seem to get around to it.

Also, we hate most of the music.

I like Weight Watchers and finally started again a couple of weeks ago after putting on a whole lot of weight. It's been a slow start thanks to recent circumstances, but I've lost about 4 pounds so far. They have a plan in which you can attend as often as you like, and use the on-line tools (with all of the food directories and message boards, etc.). I'd gladly offer support.

Yah. Mostly I need to get smarter about understanding what I am eating. Maybe I'd scarf fewer pumpkin muffins.

Or, only make a half dozen pumpkin muffins and do it when we're visiting. Hannah loves 'em. She'd even help you with the cooking.

Use cheese as a rare treat, for the end of the day, with fruit or some very grainy crackery bread type things. Use this as an excuse to buy very, very fine cheese, as it will take two weeks to eat a pound of cheese by yourself. Share it with friends (me!). Don't make it into macaroni and cheese and then eat two big pieces because some fussy child doesn't like Jarlsberg (a.k.a. mouse cheese).
