This has me smiling very broadly. I can just picture it!
The school has cleverly orchestrated it so that the kids go to class and the parents are shuffled into a "tea" where we meet the principal and get necessary info, thus forcing us out of the actual classroom.

Hannah was sad that they didn't do any math today, but seems happy, despite some misgivings I have about the situation.
Have fun tomorrow -- if I gather my wits, I'll try to respond intelligently to your other very meaty posts. Nostalgic e-mail en route.
