Ive been trying not to seem desperate with this guy that ive finished an E-commerce website for.
he owes me the cash for the domain & webhosting too, i invoiced him again last night as a reminder.

Turn the guy over to collections. *nods* I work at an agency, so I know what they can accomplish. If nothing else, do some research as to what you can do on your own. I believe you, as a creditor, can make a negative report on his credit file. That tends to provide a serious wake-up call to people. Put it in writing to him first, so he knows the consequences of not-paying.
