I AM PISSED!!! I really wanted to be a Bonner Scholar (does community service as their on campus job) at Berry. I just recieved an email saying that my parents make too much money for me to be eligible. WHAT?!? Do they realize I have to pay for a good chunck of my schooling? They didn't even read the 3pg essay I wrote and attached to my application

That's awful! Being a Bonner Scholar shouldn't even depend on whether or not you have financial need. I mean, if you have financial need, do you do better community service or something?

i know becca had the same problem. they said your parents have to only be able to afford like 6500 or something. i dunno it's really stupid! most of the bonners are weird though... so i'm glad you won't be one of them haha jk. but yeah- you'd be So great at it! and you'd actually do it! and if there are freaking spots open then why wouldnt you be able to fill em!?!?!
