Good weekend, on the whole. The weather was depressing and gray and wet, but we had several very exciting d20 modern sessions (my character got paralyzed. twice. and ended up unconscious. and she's the meat shield.), and I got lots of sleep. For the first time in years, I've been writing fiction. tonight I wrote eight pages of a new story. Of course, it needs a shit ton of editing, but just getting something down on paper (or in this case, down on hard drive) is the hardest part. And it's almost the weekend, I can make serious headway in the next few days. -

Yeah...that's pretty much how my day is going. I have a four page paper due at five. I have almost two pages right now. I can't concentrate. There are people down the hall who apparently don't know the meaning of quiet hours, and the maintenance staff just picked a stellar time to mow the lawn right outside my window.
