It’s just that it’s so dark right now. Everything is just so dark. And painful. So much pain. Dear God, I hope this changes soon. I cannot handle this for too long. It’s stretching me so thin. Maybe that’s the lesson here but I can’t do this. It’s too much for me to handle

I wrote a really long response to your last entry, after the first comment I made about the one before it, but my computer shut down right before I sent it. What it basically said was, don't feel like youre going crazy. Don't put it in that context. It will just make things more frightening than they need to be. I hate "crazy."

I don't mind at all if youre dark. I don't think other people will either. I would actually like to see your darkness. If its there, don't be ashamed of it. People will let you feel ashamed, in that case. You've done a really good job this year of being more honest about your needs and knowing when enough is enough on doing favors for people. You stuck with it even though it was unpopular at first because people didnt expect it from you, but I'm sure you see now that people have adjusted to it. This, I believe, will work the same way.
