I don't like the unfortunate implications of the "never needlessly brutal" part of your app about the actual Empire.
Aside from that, it's like saying that the massacres and genocides of Armenians, Greeks, Assyrians, Bulgarians, Kurds etc were "justified". Not good when people are still having unresolved issues with these in the present.

Yeah, that part definitely ties into Hetalia's canon portrayal of him moreso than actual fact. At least, that's the impression I got when reading over Himaruya's strips. It's certainly not justified and I'm sorry if it offended you. If you want me to avoid tagging your characters or anything like that, just let me know.
