#1- both, god helped push us along to become what we are today. Humans, as we know them today, have been around for a blip of the expance of time. I'm sure we've got a long time ahead of us to morph in to something 'better

#1: Both, and I see no conflict. God's big enough to make evolution work. :)
#2: Both, and I see no conflict. Divine creation could easily (to my mind) take the form of a Big Bang.
#3: No idea whatsoever, and don't much care. I'm sure the end of the world will happen sooner or later, but I doubt that the exact manner will make much difference. A dead world is a dead world, whether it's dead via crashing into the sun or dead via book of Revelations.
