It is official!! or it will be in a week, my Doc is declaring me Fit For Active Duty taking me off of Limited Duty and, because I am perminantly assigned, I will be considered World Wide Assignable. This means that I will get to finish my tour here and apply for the Foreign Area Officer job. There may be issues when I go for another assignment but
