If you need another book, may I suggest The Lexus & The Olive Tree by NY TImes columnist Thomas Freidman. While not an easy read and slightly repetitive, it's still interesting. Even better is his follow up, The World is Flat. Thanks for the suggestion...I've been eyeballing Friedman's "The World Is Flat." I should be done with "The Late Shift" by week's end, but I got a care package over the weekend that included "Freakonomics," which I'm all exicted about reading :)
