It's great to see a new post from you! :-D I'm happy that your family is doing well and your husband was able to find a new job that he loves. I hope he has an opportunity to excel and earn regular raises.
Hi! It's great to hear from you. :o) I miss you. *hugs*
It's good that your husband has a job that he's happy in and has more potential. Your three children sound lovely and fun. It's sad that your work is closing down, but at least you have a long notice period.
I like Outlander a lot, but the break in the season was weird. So far they haven't changed too much from the books and the actors are spot on. I think the actress who plays Jenny is excellent.
Outlander is great. We're a little behind so haven't really seen Jenny yet. I think the casting is brilliant, the only complaint is Jaimie's hair. It should be longer and redder :-) I love these books and I remember saying to my husband years ago they should make a TV series out of them. There's so much going on in one book you really can't do a movie, too much would be left out. And I love how true to the books they are being.
So awesome to hear from you, hon! I'm on LJ only sporadically myself these days because real life is kicking my ass, but I'm in the midst of setting up a new computer, logged on to LJ to add it to my bookmarks and there you were! Good timing.
Glad to see that life is being good to you. I can't believe your little guy is FIVE. He was just a wee baby like, five minutes ago!
I know, my little man has lost the baby look completely. I'm worried I'll blink and he'll be a teenager :-(
Have you done a review of the Supernatural finale? I couldn't find one. I've always enjoyed your views, and 9 out of 10 times completely agree with you, especially when you gush over Dean! ;-) That's actually why I logged in to start with, then I thought I'd stick around a little.
I have sadly not been reviewing Supernatural much this year. I'm still watching and gushing over it but finding the time and mental energy to actually post a recap, especially when there's mostly no one around my flist anymore to read them, is a challenge. I've been so crazy busy, I don't know which way is up half the time. If I do manage to post any kind of gushing over Dean, I will give you a heads up. =)
Yeah, I can understand. RL likes to kick us in the ass now and then. It's difficult to post let alone do a whole recap. Just curious though, what did you think of the final?
Ugh, I hear you about all the shows on hiatus. And they left both SPN and The Flash with such cliffhangers, GAH! *shakes fist* I know!! and now we have to wait MONTHS. Arrow finished weird though. Everything was all happy ending, no cliffhanger. Not used to that :-)
I hate breaking promises so I won't promise, but I promise to try ;-)
Yay! So good to hear from you. Glad that your husband's job is going well and that he's happier there. Sometimes that can make all the difference. Oh man, your kids are really growing up!!!
I'm only in the first season of Person of Interest but I'm enjoying it. Such a good show!
I'm working on a long update-y post of my own at the moment. It keeps getting longer though, lol.
I'm really glad you posted. :) It' so nice when people still post on Livejournal. :)
Love Person of Interest. It just gets better and better. But I won't say too much if you're on the first season.
I'm going to try and stick around a little longer this time. It can be difficult if no one replies for a while. That didn't happen this time so I might have to post again.
