So my boyfriend, being the amazing musician that he is went to Miami this weekend to play in a couple concerts, mostly worship music and stuff. He left on friday morning and it is now approximately 8:07 on saturday night. I miss him so incredibly bad. you make me so happy for you christy. i love and miss you. please come see me when you get here. i know the feeling of desperation for your loved one. i finally found the one and he leaves in a month and a half for iraq. not in the military but contracted out as a civilian. =/ all i can think of when he leaves is that he's making money to let me and ayden have a good life. i love you!

I can definitely understand how having to leave someone can be so hard. Stacy and I have come to realize that more than likely, we'll be spending at least a year apart come May. It's a hard thing. On the one hand, you want to do whatever it takes to stay with that person. On the other hand, you obviously want the absolute best for her, which sometimes means letting her go away for a while. It sounds like you and Amick are doing it right though, keeping a big picture focus on your individual goals and what God has for you while staying committed to one another. It was tempting to apply to all the same schools as each other, but we stuck to what was best for ourselves.

Often I can't understand how it all works. But I think God gives us the desires of our heart when we honor His plans for our lives.

Enjoy your last month at FSU! I'm trying my hardest!

you'll never be able to understand god ;) i agree with you and looking out on the big picture and not being selfish and doing things just because YOU want to do something. i'm in the same situation right now.. my b/f is going back overseas, possibly for a year. i wonder what will happen between us. he says its not fair for me to wait on him. now that confuses me on if he even wants to be with me. oi, the relationship problems.

anyways, if you do what god wants you to do, EVERYTHING will work out. he will never give you more than you can handle. i am a firm believer of that.
