That right there is the reason I get worried about weight gain at all. I have a pretty fast metabolism and don't tend to gain weight, but with the built in bad joints I know that if I ever do I'll be stuck in a brutal can't-exercise-because-knees can't-knees-because-weight cycle. (And I far, far prefer exercise to cutting back food, sooo... :P)
