It's so true. TV is corrupting our society's view of the father figure. It should also be pointed out that the "model" dads on TV; who are handsome, young, healthy, and all knowing and capable of things; make the real dads look bad. People will watch "Father Knows Best" and think, "Wow, this guy is great! Too bad my dad sucks the big one in comparison." Fueled by products such as Rogain, Just For Men, and Metabolife, there is even more pressure for dads to look and be that "model" dad role.

I no longer wonder why American society has gone down the toilet.
