Just out of curiosity, where are the D+ and D-? Not that that pertains to you, so don't worry.

I would say... you are between a B and an A- more in the B+ range... If that made any sense... which it didn't... But then again, I think that any other answer would be awkward for a friend you don't talk to too much to answer, don't you?
