CONGRATS MOM!!! Glad to hear you had a great time in NY. It is such an awesome place. While you were in NY I was busy sorting curd and making cool aid...or is it kool aid...i think its kool aid..anyway, my cottage cheese said it was smal curd but after finding 2 large curds in my small curds cheese I began to wonder what else was in there...1342 small curds 111 medium curds and 24 large curds. l that was it.
