Anyone that knows me well will know I'm not really one for a lot of analysis. Although I do live in my head in many ways, I don't do much dissecting when I'm in there. Ooh interesting... I'm not quite succeeding in reading it with a Glasgow accent ;-), but it's a nice blog. I especially like the post about the difference between praise and encouragement:

Yes, I liked that post too. Keep an eye out for her, when I was at that talk she mentioned having just done something in the North East of England.

LOL! well a posh-ish Glasgow accent. It's just that I find that kind of thing quite off-putting as so often it's either the American super-positive tone, or that sort of patronising, I'm so calming voice. Matter-of-fact and gallus gets it over a lot better to me :)

Weirdly, after posting this today I just passed her when I was on the way back from dropping something off at the shop!
