This is the most unusual Raffles story I have ever read, I have to tell you that. It's so complex, both emotionally and visually, and I had no idea where you were going with until the very end. I found myself wishing Bunny could make a life with Charleston, but I knew Charleston would always be second best. Charleston, I think, knew that, too. Bunny really could not live without Raffles, and I think you gave him what he wanted in the kindest way possible.
Now I wonder what will happen to Charleston. Will he find love and happiness? Hmmm …

It's the most unusual Raffles story I've ever written *g* I'm really glad to hear you did find it complex in the way you did and that I kept you guessing. Charleston would indeed always be second best and they both knew that - Raffles would have been content to let Bunny be happy with Charleston, more than content. But as you say Bunny really could not live without Raffles - I'm glad you found it a kind way.
I have hooked Charlie with someone in other stories.
