i think i am witnessing the most gorgeous sunshower in the world.

today has been such a series of irritating, craptacular events that the next person that pisses me off is getting a swift kick to the head.

though i may have to stretch first.

last night was a dinner party...my pesto stuffed mushrooms were very well-received and i got to gnaw on brie and crackers, goat cheese pizza, and chocolate. ah, the so-called "girl's night." i've never really done something of this nature, but if it always includes tasty, free hor'duerves, unlimited wine, and good conversation, i think i'll do it

i received business cards today with my name on them. it's rather exciting, to know that i can give people my card for whatever arbitrary reason, though i'll only be here a little bit longer. but i think i may add it onto my resume. this weekend was full of activities. friday i looked at puppies with michelle at town lake, where there's tons of cute dogs and cats waiting for a home (so go and save a cute, cuddly animal). and then i went to charlie and the chocolate factory with stephanie, which was great, though i do highly regret not having a chocolate bar on hand ( Read more... )
