Title: Facade (Chapter 3)
Pairing: Ohmiya
Disclaimer: This is all fiction, and I don't own any of the characters. If I do, I'll be too busy to write this.
Summary: Ohno Satoshi is a new psychiatrist. He gets a new patient on his first day of work at the asylum. He thinks he knows what he is getting himself into. That is only what Ohno Satoshi thinks.

Satoshi slams the file down on to his desk upon returning to the office. He then dumps himself unceremoniously on to the office chair. Putting his hands behind his head, he lets out a heavy sigh before ruffling his hair with frustration.

“Had a rough time handling Ninomiya?” Ohno swerves his chair around to meet a chuckling Sakurai Sho.

“He groped me, a-and…” the brown-haired man stutters and fumbles with his words. “You didn’t tell me he was a… a per-pervert… Sho-kun… You could’ve warned me you know.”

“Oh… I guess it slipped my mind to tell you that Ninomiya is a… touchy and… affectionate individual…” Sho shook his head laughing. “Well, maybe it will make you more comfortable to know that he always hangs himself round the doctors’ shoulders and feels up the chests of the decent-looking ones. His earned himself quite the reputation, so you are not the first psychiatrist to lose your temper handling him.”

“Is that all he does to the others…?” The question slips out of Satoshi’s mouth before he could stop himself.

“Yeah, I guess… Wait. What happened?” Satoshi winced at the question, as the embarrassing memories came back to him clearer than ever. Sho-kun is sharp, sharper than he expected.

“Nothing much… he tried to strangle me.” The dark-skinned man channeled his answer away from what he was really thinking about. It wasn’t like he was lying anyway; it is the truth, just not the whole truth. Besides, who in the right mind would want to confess getting kissed by a mental patient? Definitely not Satoshi.

“Hmm… That’s not new; he did that to me too.”

“He tried to strangle you too? Wait, he was your patient?”

“No, his previous psychiatrist called in sick one day, and I was to take over his duties, which of course included checking on Ninomiya. It seems he does that to every young doctor who attends to him. He got on my nerves too, with all that touching.”

“Oh… so you yelled at him too?”

“Yeah, that was two years ago and I’ve learnt how to control my temper since then. I mean you’ve really got to if you’re working here, it really isn’t their fault that they act like they’ve lost their minds, because they technically already did!” Sho laughs, but came to a stop; giving a cough or two when he realized Ohno wasn’t laughing. “So what do you plan to do when you visit him tomorrow?”

“Learn more about him by asking him questions, recording down his answers as they may be useful information in helping cure him.”

“And if he runs amok on you again?”

“If he does, I’ll have the security strap him to that weird chair with straps I saw in his room today before continuing with the… interview.”

~~~~~~~~~~
Satoshi shuffles down the corridor with two security officers trudging after him, it is his second day at work, and he has mixed feelings about checking up on Ninomiya. He dreads the moment he comes face to face with the patient, but deep within lies a tiny bit of yearning to see the pale-skinned man. He sighs heavily. Pity. Such a beautiful morning, and yet it is going down the trashcan for Satoshi.
He reaches the cell at the end of the corridor, and opens the cell door. His eyes immediately located a sleeping figure on the bed. The security officers closed the door, at stood guard outside the cell, ready to rush in when needed.
The psychiatrist approaches, fascinated by his sleeping patient. The boy looks peaceful in slumber, vulnerable and unguarded. Nino’s lips were set in a genuine smile, the bright room added and extra glow to his pale face, making him look like a seraphic being. Who would have thought this boy is demented. He is certainly more endearing asleep than awake. But, all good things have to come to an end.
“Nino, Nino… Wake up.” Satoshi called from the end of the bed.
The patient jolts up wide-eyed, as though he’s been electrocuted. Like a prairie dog on guard, he scans the room for the source of the voice before fixing them on the newcomer. His eyes narrowed in annoyance, making a sound of protest.
“I’ll be asking some questions today, to get to know you better.” The psychiatrist starts, mustering all the confidence he has.
He was greeted by a long silence as Nino drags himself off the bed and towards the sink, seemingly ignoring the psychiatrist.
“Well, we’ll begin after you are done with that.” He continues as Nino brushes his teeth. The pale-skinned man then splashes his face with water before drying off with the small face towel hanging on the plastic hook.
Everything seemed normal until the fair man started laughing hysterically. Satoshi winced inwardly; he led his laughing patient towards the chairs by the wrist, settling him on one before taking a seat on the chair opposite.
“So, do you have any hobbies, things you like to do?” The psychiatrist began on his first question once the patient’s laughter died down.
“…” The youthful looking man’s eyes were transfixed on the ceiling above, humming a soft tune. He didn’t seem to have heard the dark-skinned man’s question.
The psychiatrist repeated his question, but again was met with no reply. Just when he was about to give up, the patient opened his mouth.
“Oh-chan, do you think I can fly?” Nino questioned him innocently.
“That depends on what you mean by ‘fly’ I guess.” Ohno replied his patient’s childlike question carefully.
“Clipped…”
With no further words said by Nino, Satoshi jotted down the conversation and proceeded to the next.
“Do you have any favorite colors Nino?”
“Favorite colors?” Nino’s attention snapped back to the psychiatrist, he gazed straight into Satoshi’s eyes.
“I like yellow!” The patient answers brightly, like a child given his favorite candy.
“Why?”
“Because it is something unattainable… something out of my reach…” Satoshi was glad his patient was answering the question with much enthusiasm. Smiling, he jotted down the reply unaware that the situation was about to take a sharp turn.
“I love red… crimson, blood red…” Nino’s eyes became unfocused, his mouth in a wicked smile. “Such a beautiful color… full of passion, anger, life… and death. A color I like to see against my skin, it just gives me so much excitement. Just talking about it makes my heart beat faster!” As the fair man spoke, his smile widened into a grin, and his eyes afire with a wild; mad glint. “I hate white, it is disgusting.” His brows knitted into a frown. “Bleached and sickening, that is what it is. It makes me just want to color it all red in spite.”
Satoshi was taken aback by Nino’s reply, but he hadn’t forgotten about jotting it down, and was frantically scribbling on his clipboard with his mouth agape.
“I wouldn’t mind coloring my whole world crimson… it will be so pretty… so pretty…” The pale-skinned man’s eyes were dreamy as he turned his attention back to the ceiling.
Satoshi cleared his throat and continued. “Any favorite food then?”
There was no reply from Nino, apart from slowly raising his hands to try reaching for the ceiling with his stubby fingers, there was no other movement.
The psychiatrist scribbled his observations. “Lastly, do you have any fond memories?”
“Fond… memories…?” The patient retracted his arm and stood up abruptly, his figure shaking. His expression turned from shock to fear, and then to anger, as his shaking arm reached towards Satoshi’s neck. “F-fond… memories… memories…”
“Guards!” Satoshi yelled for security immediately. He’d realize that something was amiss once the fair man stood up. And unlike the previous time, the security officers came bursting in right away, restraining Nino before he could lay his hands on Satoshi.
The patient started screaming, his eyes darting around as he tried to scratch and inflict physical damage on his captors with no avail. They dumped him on the special chair roughly, and Ohno cringed. He knew Nino was mentally unstable, but did they have to be so rough with him? A security officer held the screaming man down as the other strapped him in. Once that was done, the security officers left the cell with indifference about what just happened.
“Release me!!!” The patient screamed, trying to break free from the thick leather straps by tugging and thrashing about with all his might. “Let me go! Let me go!” The leather straps cut into the fair man’s skin, drawing blood as a result of the violent struggle. Nino still wasn’t relenting after the leather strap cut crimson lines on to his wrists, legs and body, inflicting pain on him. “No! Nooooooooo… Let me go… Ahhhhh!!!”
Satoshi stared at his patient, no inkling of what he should do next. This was bad; the pale-skinned man’s wounds were cutting in deeper. Then, the dark-skinned man’s body reacted without thinking. He flung himself at the screaming man, wrapping him in an embrace, restraining the patient’s movement.
“Nino, it’s okay. It’s okay!” The brown-haired man comforted the struggling fair man. “Shh… Shh… It’s okay Kazu… no one is going to hurt you… It’s okay…”
The pale-skinned man’s screams were reduced to sobs, and his struggling into shivering. Feeling the patient calm down, Satoshi released him from his embrace. He put the youthful man’s face between his hands and looked into his eyes. Tears were pooling at the edge of Nino’s shifting eyes, which were an epitome of his fear.  The psychiatrist withdrew his hands, thinking the worst was over. He was wrong. Again.
“No… no… NO!!!”
The fair one resumed with his screaming and violent thrashing, leaving the dark-skinned man stumped and helpless.
Just when all his efforts to calm down the patient seemed to be in vain, the door flung open and Sakurai Sho came striding in.
“Restrain him a bit.” Sho commanded.
“Right. Okay.” Satoshi scrambled to restrain the patient.
Sho brandished a tranquiliser, and injected the pale-skinned man with its contents.
The struggle came to an abrupt stop, and the patient’s eyes rolled back. “Help… me…” Tears streamed down Nino’s cheeks, and his eyelids slowly shut as he fell into a slumber.
“How… y-you…” Satoshi turned his attention to Sho.
“How I knew? Well, the security officers came to inform me of your plight. Thought you needed help…”
“Thank you.”
“Welcome.” Sho turned around just about to leave.
“Shouldn’t we unstrap him or something?”
“No, that won’t be necessary. He may do crazier things when he wakes up unstrapped, so we should just leave him be. He will be out till evening, the night-shift people will unstrap him if they deem fit.”
“Oh… okay…” Satoshi mumbled as he followed Sho out of the cell, giving the sleeping man one last glance.
~~~~~~~~~~

As the heaviness of sleep started to wear off, Nino’s eyelids cracked open. He tried to move in a daze, stopping once he felt a sharp pain shoot through his body. Now, that was a bad idea. He’d realized he was still strapped down tightly to the seat. Those two crack-brained idiots hadn’t had the least bit of courtesy to loosen the straps or unstrap him. Great. Just great.

The patient’s vision was still blurry as he wondered how long he’s been dead to the world. You just can’t really tell the time in this windowless and brightly lit white cell.

“Finally awake my dear?” Nino’s vision focused on a tall man sitting on his bed, smiling nonchalantly at him. He is here. The fair man knew it had to be past evening, as the newcomer only visits him after sundown when the shifts changes and the institution is quiet albeit a few howling patients.

“You’ve been out for pretty long. What did you do to get tranquilized?” The tall man stood up, and ambled towards the patient.

Nino made no verbal reply. He growled, glaring at the man with hostility, eyes burning with hate, poison, and anger.

“Well, that doesn’t really matter. The wilder you are in the day, the better.” The man stooped down in front of Nino and patted his pale cheek gently with a long-fingered hand. “Lucky aren’t I, to come in here and have my favorite already strapped down, saves the trouble.”

The patient wanted to slap the hand away, but that would be out of question since he was strapped down to the chair tightly. “Bastard!” Nino growled as he tried to bite at the man’s hand.

“Uh uh uh…” The man withdrew his hand and waggled his finger mockingly. “A pretty face like you shouldn’t be doing that, my dear. Besides, you really shouldn’t forget what I can do to them if you were to defy me…”

With a sharp intake of breath Nino straightens up his back against the chair quietly, erasing all emotion from his face. No, he wasn’t going to let them get hurt or suffer because of his actions.

“Now, that’s more like it.” The tall man’s mouth formed into a smirk, as he runs his hand down the smooth skin of the patient’s neck before closing in.

Nino turned his head to the side, biting back his voice. The man was planting passionate kisses on the soft, pale skin of his neck with his thin lips. The warmth radiating from the man’s lips was so addicting the fair man had to bite down on his lower lip harder to keep his voice from escaping his lips. He could feel the man’s hands slip under his shirt, feeling up his chest ardently. Nino shuts his eyes, not wanting to see the unfolding ordeal. Maybe, just maybe, he could shut out this unwanted feeling a little.

The man could feel Nino tremble involuntarily as his hands came into contact with the supple, silky skin of the patient’s neck. Oh, he could just visualize the milky white skin beneath the shirt, every inch of it begging to be kissed. The man smirked against Nino’s nape. He could almost hear the pale-skinned patient’s mental plea for help.

“No one can save you my dear, not now, not ever…” The man drawled as his right hand slipped down lower, and lower…

--- End of Chapter 3 ---

Yay!!! I am done with Chapter 3!!! Phew that was long, for me. My first 2000+ words! :3

I just realized that I have a well oiled imagination; I can picture the whole story in my mind. But, when it comes down to putting it down in words, I am just super fail… Plus, I think my story is getting kind of predictable. D:

So kudos to those who write good smut. Seriously.

Really sorry if the last part sucked. It is still kind of PG in this chapter, but I think the rating will go up in the next. I’ve totally never written smut before, not even a wee bit. This fic surely is a lot of firsts for me. It will be about 2 weeks before I update with the next chapter, since I’ll be away from my computer for a trip to Japan like I stated in my previous post.

Hope you liked this chapter, and comments are LOVED as usual!!! :DDD
