Antiwar activist Cindy Sheehan was arrested and removed from the House gallery Tuesday night just before Bush's state of the union address.
Sheehan, the mother of a soldier killed in Iraq, was invited to the speech by Rep. Lynn Woolsey (D-Ca.). Sheehan was charged with unlawful conduct because she wore a T-shirt with an anti-war slogan on it.
Police told her such a display wasn't allowed and then arrested her when she didn't respond.
