As far as I know, as Group Organizational Leader, all "pledges", so to speak, have to ask the mattjackson himself. Then that person is talked about during a meeting of the officials, and what not. So basically, people can only be added on the weekends. But then again, maybe thats crazy talk.

well im just doing what mattjackson told me to do. and he said that i find new members and make tshirts. that is my job. and if i find someone ill just send them to the organizational leader or the man himself.
