its like I cant help myself!! its like after somthing savory, I have to eat somthing sweet.
I am the same!!! Whenever i have just had a real healthy lunch or dinner all i feel like is something sweet!! I HATE IT!!!
I am starting again Monday too! This week was bad and i have DEFINITELY put on weight, the scales are not being kind to me :( :(

ok, this is what we need to do. Lets do this together! day by day ok!? Lets just get though the first week. Be honest about it in your journal and just think about the first WHOLE week. Weekends are not cheating days!!!!

Hahahha!!! Good plan, but can we start tomorrow??? (Wednesday) I had chocolate today!! And i am having pizza and cake tonight for my Dad's birthday!!!
I have another lj - pinkjora (add me) - where i will write stuff day by day or when i can get on...
And ok, weekends cannot be cheating days - you have to be AS GOOD AS YOU CAN BE!!!

Ok from tomorrow it starts...
