Getting screwed by the insurance company! That's what's going on now. Who knew that maternity services are all billed together after you deliver your baby. If you switch insurance carriers in the middle, the new carrier is supposed to cover all the charges. If your new carrier doesn't cover your delivery, you get nothing. I hope you find your friend, too. (I like your picture...and I'm glad I was able to see you when you were pregnant.) Insurance companies are stupid and I'm not looking forward to having to get "real" insurance when Jay gets out of the Coast Guard.

Because It Helps Us She Bills EVERYTHING (Prenatal And Delivery) At The End... That Way Even Some Of The Dates Before Our Insurance Kicked In Are Pretty Much Covered (She Post Dates Them So They Are All In The Timeline...) And Since We Are With One Insurance Company The WHOLE Delivery And Prenatal, It Should Be Pretty Uncomplicated. (Which I CANNOT Tell You How Much I Need That Right Now!) I Think That Our Insurance Covers Like 80% Of Everything (We Have Aetna.) It's Also Relieving Cause I'm Delivering In A Hospital, And I Don't Know The Expense Of Home Birth, But I DO Know That Hospitals Royally Screw You!!! They Charge For EVERYTHING And SEPERATLEY Too.
