I've just been on the cross trainer for the first time in a month. I've been a bit lax with it really...Still, one month off and I still managed 3 (not real) miles in twenty minutes on an alternating resistance setting ( Read more... ) -

While I'm feeling a bit dramatic, I'll post a poem. About someone I haven't seen in a long time. This was inspired by "Call me by Your Name" by Andre Aciman, specifically how it discusses intimacy, and revisiting places where the couple shared that intimacy as though it could be recaptured.
