Complications involving family, friends, and lovers can stay - those always seem to be worth it once the frustration fades. This is definitely a challenge, the letter shows that this woman knows intimate details about him. I know there's a chance it could truly be his mother, and for his sake I hope she is, but it's not adding up. Plus he's just so innocent, and it's my place to protect him. What if she has enough information to try and take him from me?

Of course I don't mind, so long as you don't mind me looking somewhat Stepford in an effort to impress someone I'm not sure if I should hate on principle. Honestly, if this becomes the type of issue where your affiliation needs to be brought up then I'll be ready to go for broke.
