My favorites are Becoming Vegan by Brenda Davis, R.D. and Vesanto Melina, M.S., R.D. and Vegan: The New Ethics of Eating by Erik Marcus. The first is more of a nutritional resource while the second offers awesome perspective on environmental impact, etc.

YAY! Isn't it gross? Why do they think girls are hitting puberty earlier than ever and growing monstrous boobs? MILK. Those ads that tell you to drink 3 glasses a day to lose weight are especially laughable. Its so gross to me that people believe it (that goes for yogurt as well, and all dairy products). What they need to do is cut out the dairy.

I hear you about the hidden dairy. I just make everything from scratch.

BTW I thought of you today. I miss you and think you should visit :)
