Project Completion- finally!
Project Title: Music Note Dress and Underskirt
Project start date: Not too sure. I got the fabric around September, and cut a few pieces before the end of the year, but the bulk of the sewing was this year.
Projected Deadline: Sooner than this...
Actual Finish Date: Mid-January. I didn't take note of the date...
Pattern(s) Used: To remind, I took some butchered pieces from Burda Style's "JJ" blouse, totally made up "drafted" the rest.
Did you make changes from original plan? Not really. I had only a basic idea, and a lot of freedom on this one.
How happy are you with the result? 100%. I haven't sent it out, but I'm sure it will fit. There are always things I could change, but I love how it came out. It was easily my best project to date, until I made my little sister a night gown, and pwned that even more. I'm also glad I'm (nearly- still have to make bows and things) done so that I can move on to other things without guilt.

Each tier of the skirt has three pintucks and a row of ruffles.
Questions, comments, and Concrit welcome. I know the dress is crooked in some of the shots- I was anxious to show off, I'll take proper photos when I locate my camera.
