So. apparently, without thinking much about it. I started a diet. And I'm thrilled about it! I've been eating fruit, am slowly adding veggies, and have been eating smaller portions. And it's almost effortless! Now I just need to work on the excersise... But I started a walking group with my friends, and I'm going to start going alone if I have to.
