So firstly, all over characterisation ♥ WONDERFUL. I love the tone this is written in and your word choices that give away how both of them think and feel, and like I already said, I loooove the accuracy of the dialogue.
I love how gentle and careful Sherlock is with John and his feelings yet still has that little 'ugh -_-' side to him.
Perhaps it’s only the dark playing tricks on John’s mind - with a bit more illumination the sadness would be gone. ;___;
From previous conversations we've had I was surprised when sex started to be involved in this, but I think you've captured their relationship and how they'd deal with attraction and possibly wanting eachother so well.
