This new law called like Youth Protection or something 'cause kids kept being abducted or something.

Youth Escort Policy. Is totally lame. But it's not just because people were being abducted but all the shoplifiting and rowdy kids. They say the older costumers don't feel safe shopping when they're around or something like that.

I didn't know there were that many abductions and thefts.
